The Welsh Building Safety Programme has been established to address some of the challenges in the aftermath of Grenfell. The Welsh Government are committed to supporting residents and leaseholders through a robust programme that addresses existing fire safety issues in buildings of 11 metres or more.

The lived experiences of leaseholders and residents is incredibly important in helping to understand the challenges and difficulties faced by those living in affected buildings.

 

The Leaseholder and Resident group has been set up for leaseholders and residents of buildings 11 meters or more to share their experiences, seek support and inform national policy regarding building fire safety in Wales.
